Hello world and the beach!

Anybody that has edited a post using WordPress is familiar with the first blog post and the “Hello World” default paragraph that pops up. I thought it would be appropriate to start out in a similar fashion with this beach report website. Unlike other real estate websites that are mostly static informational sites that link to MLS listings of condos and houses in the Daytona Beach area, I am planning on doing a build as you go site and include relevant market information on things to help buyers and sellers make informed decisions on homes and investment properties. My name is Doug Smith and my wife is Debra Smith. We are both licensed real estate agents with Coldwell Banker Premier Properties. The areas that we work in include Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, Ormond Beach, Ponce Inlet, and also west to Deland and Orange City.
